A solution to situation is not available or has not been applied, or, if applied, is ineffective. 5. Effect is restricted to only the person who is directly concerned. That is, anger and taciturnity is not unjustly extended to some other person or persons, a group or an animal. 6. No damage, destruction, etc. is caused by who is in state. 7. Lasts for a period considered reasonable. 8. Being ill-tempered and in a state or quietude achieves goal(s). 9.
