| SUICIDE PACT Definition: An agreement between two or more people to kill themselves at the same time. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the intended suicides. 2. Both persons or all the people are (assumed) in their right senses. That is, agreement is voluntarily made by all, with or without justification. 3. Arrangements and/or equipment, the method of killing or dying, time or timing, location or place, etc. are all foolproof. That is, plan, including a 'Plan B', if necessary, for 'synchronized passing' will be watertight. 4. Agreement will have no provision for unilateral withdrawal or cancellation once planning is concluded. 5. Never disclosed, by any of the soon-to-be dead, to a third party, especially one who is very alive and living. 6. Agreement is never documented or written, even if each person writes a suicide note !
