An opportunity is provided for a check, questioning, assessment, examination, measurement, scrutiny, etc., by who is unsure, of what is not believed. 5. An endorsement, a clarification, an approval, the seal, a signature, etc. is made, given, supplied, appended, etc. to certify truth, after completion and conclusion of probe or 'inquisition'. 6.
