Strike-breaker
STRIKE-BREAKER

Definition: A person who continues to work while other employees are on strike; a person who is employed to replace people who are on strike.

1. Has some purpose(s) and considers it a necessity to be at work.

2. Expects or hopes for a benefit, gain, advantage, etc. from the refusal to join others on strike.

3. Did not vote/agree to go on strike with the others and won't therefore be sanctioned by the trade/labour union.

4. Will be shielded from physical attack by those on strike.

5. Does work correctly and properly, even as he or she may not be supervised ..., without breaking a law, rule or regulation.

6. Will not be required to redo the work or part(s) of the work already done, when the others who were away, resume at work.

7. Will not go on a self-imposed break or solo strike after the others would have called of industrial action.

8. Achieves objective(s), whatever this/these is/are, without regret.
