Definition: Quality of being physically strong.

1. Maximum level: full and/or full-on.

2. True measure. That is, 'power' is natural: real. Or acquired through training, physical exercises, body-building (?), etc. (Not through injection(s) of banned substance(s), steroid(s), etc.).

3. Controllable. That is, strength can be restrained by its possessor, whenever necessary to do so.

4. Had or possessed for period necessary or required.
