Qualified by way of certification, training cum experience, etc. 4. Fulfills all legal and/or corporate obligations for every share sale or share purchase concluded. 5. Conducts deals or transactions honestly and transparently. And briefs or updates client regularly and constantly. 6. Never makes a loss on a sale or purchase made for client(s).
