| STOCK EXCHANGE Definition: A place where shares in companies are bought and sold; all of the business activity involved in doing this. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements should be in. * This is not about the activities. 1. Environment and/or vicinity is clean, neat and tidy; conducive for staying in and conducting transactions. 6. Adequately equipped and/or furnished with modern infrastructures and state-of-the art communication gadgets, facilities, etc. 7. The trading floor will be manned by qualified traders cum personnel - professional, honest and competent. 8. Information or data provided by or available in place will be complete, timely, current, verifiable, true and transparent. 9. All the deals that will be concluded in place will be legally in order. And the right returns will be made, by the traders, for every sale or purchase, to the relevant supervisory or regulatory authority. 10. (Reserved.) (There will be no interference of any kind in the activities that take place in place.
