Can use all relevant tools (= calculator, multiplication table, etc.) effectively and efficiently. 4. Made no error when the initial statistics, that is, the primary source, was being compiled, if this was done by the person. 5. Has the patience and presence of mind, to do all the necessary checks and rechecks/cross-checks necessary, especially when working. 6. Time that will be spent in studying or 'solving' statistical problem/quiz, etc. is not or will not be considered as excessive. 7. Achieves objective(s) or serves purpose(s). 8.
