Purposeful and necessary, whether requested or routine. 2. Covers a specific week/month, or a specified period of time. 3. Print will be clear. That is, figures will be easily readable. 4. The words will be in plain and simple language - simple enough. 5. The entries and all its details will be correct and complete. 6. Authenticated or made valid by the appropriate official(s). 7. Has no small prints on which a professional advice will be sought. 8. Period covered will be current and it will be delivered timely. 9. There will be a copy/duplicate, somewhere safe, with the issuer. 10. Serves purpose(s), whatever this/these is/are, for all concerned. 11.
