Purposeful and necessary to have a 'primus inter pares'. 2. Announced and/or displayed before the start of competition. 3. Not the same as a previously offered - and won - main prize. 4. Item will be genuine and original, especially if it is a rare one. 5. Not possible for the item(s) to be won by or due to joint-winners. 6. The fact of item being the most valuable will be acknowledged by all the competitors or participants in 'struggle'. 7. Prize will be winnable. That is, not disclosed or presented as a way of getting a top-grade line-up, or a high-calibre participation. 8. Serves purpose(s).
