| STAND-DOWN Definition: A period when people, especially soldiers, relax after a period of duty or danger. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (to emphasize). 2. Authorized or approved appropriately. 3. Period is specific and identifiable. 4. Duty expected to be done before period was effectively and efficiently performed. Or danger is confirmed to have disappeared. 5. Period is considered adequate by the beneficiaries. 6. The activities engaged in during period will be considered as right and proper. Not an unlawful or immoral acts, and will not interrupt or disturb or delay resumption at work.
