| STAKEHOLDER (1) Definition: A person or company that is involved in a particular organization, project, system, etc., especially because they have invested money in it. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Has a purpose and considers involvement a necessity. 2. Source of investment is genuine. Or money invested is hard-earned. And the extent or measure of expected profit, gain, dividend, etc. is known or can be reasonably estimated. 3. Makes constant and regular checks, interventions, visits, contributions, assessments, etc., as applicable, to location, project site, etc., when necessary. 4. Observation(s), query or queries, concern(s), etc. is/are raised, if necessary, immediately this/these is/are noticed. And a formal and legitimate demand for complaints to be treated will be made by the person or company. 5. Does nothing deliberately to put organization, etc. at risk or in a disadvantageous situation, especially if a benefit, that need not be declared, will be obtained from inappropriate act. 6. (Reserved.) (Will give early notice where involvement/investment is planned to be reviewed, divested or discontinued.) 7. Will not transfer or sell interest(s) to some other party that he or she knows or suspects will not enhance the progress of organization, project, system, etc. 8. Will be bothered or worried when organization, etc. fails to make expected progress. And person will consider reviewing his or her status, when this situation arises. 9.
