Purposeful and necessary. 2. Structure in which located is well-built; strong and solid. 3. Spacious enough for the number of teachers that may need to use it (= room) at any point in time. 4. Spick and span at all times. 5. Adequately or appropriately furnished. 6. Has all the needed and relevant facilities and/or equipment that will make time spent in place to be considered as worthwhile. 7. Safe, secured and protected, and offers some desired exclusive privacy, for the teachers, from students and other staff, temporarily. 8. Ambience will be convenient for who desires to stay in, for minutes, hours, or all day (before and/or after classes!) 9.
