STAFFING

Definition: (business) Staffing refers to the number of workers employed to work in a particular organization or building.

1. Purposeful and necessary to have particular number, whatever their sex or sexes, ages, nationalities, faiths, etc.

2. Qualified and eligible, that is, appropriate - specialists and experienced, casual and whether or not to be trained on the job, temporaries, interns, etc. - to have employment.

3. Quantity is correct or complete, at all times, be they in their tens or hundreds or thousands or ..., and be they engaged in some contract jobs or in permanent employment.

8. Safe, secured and assured by way of the terms and conditions of service, working environment, insurance provisions, pension arrangements, etc. That is, number will remain in employment for as long as desired by the management or organizers of labour.
