| SPEECHWRITING Definition: The art or activity of writing that which will be spoken by someone else, especially an address to an audience. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and believed necessary for both concerned parties. 2. Who will read speech would be consulted, or is familiar. 3. Lexicon and structure will be correct and appropriate. 4. Style will be routine or normal; readable for principal. 5. The contents and/or pagination, as envisaged, will be complete. 6. Must be concluded early enough for a proofreading or 'rehearsal'. 7.
