The recipe will not be (made) known to customer. Or the client or an end user will not be in a position to manufacture similar product. 4. Food or product will always be available in restaurant or location - not just printed on the menu or placed in a brochure, with a promise to be available for later. 5. Can be recommended to a new prospective customer, bought as a take away.
