Purposeful and necessary, as stipulated by regulation, tradition, protocol, custom, etc. SINCERE. 2. Things are specific and identifiable, done solely or as a group. ABSOLUTE. 3. Details or specifics of how, when, where, etc. things are to be done are made clear to who is expected to perform role. INDIVISIBLE, IRREVOCABLE. 4. Things are measurable and/or assessable. DOCUMENTED, WITNESSED. 5. (Reserved.) (There will be no alternatives or replacements for things that are specified to be done.) (INVOCATION; HONOURED.) 6. Brings no unplanned loss to doer(s). That is, things will be guaranteed or ordinarily expected to be safe, secured, lawful, etc. HOPE, PROMISE. 7.
