Has a purpose and considers job and state a necessity. 2. Registers endeavour or trade with the right authorities. 3. Makes reasonable profit, or gains, or breaks even, at the least. 4. Has no profit-arrangement or is not a sharecropper, if a farmer. 5. Fulfils needed social obligation and/or gives back to the society. 6. Does not engage in or conduct any illicit or illegal transactions. 7.
