| SLOWNESS (5) Definition: (of a watch/clock) The state of showing a time that is earlier than the correct time. ______________________________________________________________________ * All three elements should be in. 1. Unplanned, undesired. That is, watch/clock is not deliberately set to be 'late'. In other words, mechanism, battery or batteries, etc. of the device is/are in excellent condition. 2. Amount of slowness or wrong timing is specific, identifiable. In other words, time difference is significant. 3.
