| SLOPPING OUT Definition: (British) In prisons where prisoners have to use buckets as toilets, slopping out is the practice in which they empty the buckets. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful to keep place 'neat and nice'. 2. Considered necessary to have healthy inmates. 3. FAECES will be own wastes, in personal containers. 4. EXCREMENT is taken out immediately on defecating. 5. SHIT will be emptied into the right place(s), as approved by the relevant health/prison authorities. 6. The buckets will be completely emptied, full or half-full of POO. 7. Buckets after being emptied of EXCRETA, will be properly cleaned. 8.
