| SKYJACKER Definition: A person who hijacks a plane. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Has a purpose and thinks it necessary. That is, assumed to be in a normal frame of mind at the time of action. 2. Prepares for the 'long haul'. That is, knows that task will not be finished easily or quickly. 3. Can fly a plane, if necessary. Or at least can land it ! (Connect to #4.) 4. Will not cause a physical injury, etc., to crew, passenger(s), if any, and especially to the pilot(s). 5. Will not cause plane to crash-land. Or if in control of the cockpit, will not crash plane, unless ... 6. Message will be delivered. That is, act will achieve objective(s). 7. Person will be ready for the consequences of action, especially on landing and being arrested. 8. (Reserved.)
