Bar has rules that will be known to and complied with by all. 6. Prices of the drinks available will be affordable. (To emphasize.) 7. Brands and quantity of drinks will be adequate for the people in. And service will be courteous and friendly, not adding to 'misery'. 8. Bar (= business) fulfils all legal obligation; no police raids. 9. Ambience of place will be right for a long stay, ... hoping.
