Has a purpose (to emphasize). 2. Considers it a necessity to sing publicly. 3. Voice is ethereal; angelic, soothing, etc., etc. 4. Brings the lyrics alive through gestures, expressions, etc. 5. Makes no noticeable mistake in wordings, pitch level, timing, pronunciation, etc. 6. Healthy and with the right stamina to sing the lyrics all through, especially if song is a lengthy one. 7. Never afraid of the stage or arena or audience (connect to #8). That is, the person to sing does not suffer from stage fright. 8. Will never be booed off a 'stage' for displayed mannerism, etc. 9. Serves purpose(s).
