| SINCERITY OF PURPOSE Definition: The situation in which a definite aim or goal is being pursued with genuine and determined intentions and efforts. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (to emphasize, see definition). 2. Transparency and openness will be the hallmarks of acts. 3. Selflessness or selfishness, as required, will be shown. 4.
