Purposeful and necessary - rest and/or relaxation. 2. Planned. That is, rest or sleep is not had at a time meant for something else. (And does not happen at a very short notice.) 3. Whatever activity ought to be done before rest is done as exactly expected or planned. __________________ NOT STRICTLY NATURE'S CALL. (so, not really a nap.) | ||
