| SHORT-SIGHTEDNESS (2) Definition: The condition of not thinking carefully about the possible effects of something or what might happen in the future. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Person is in a normal frame of mind, that is, the faculties are not impaired in any way (to emphasize). 2. Person has all the facts/information needed to be able to think properly, and to hopefully, make a sound judgment. 3. All the time needed by person is available or provided.
