| SHORT TEMPER Definition: A tendency to become angry very quickly and easily. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. The entirety of available facts or the totality of a situation will not be properly examined or thought through by who has short fuse. That is, there will be no deep reflection on a meaning, consequence, etc. ___________ NO ! 2. Tendency doesn't develop gradually. That is, anger will not be seen approaching or brewing (to emphasize, connect to #7). There will therefore, be no way for victim to placate angry person or to avoid the 'venom' of negative emotion. ______________ WHY ? 3. No thoroughness in decision-making process. And there will be a readiness or preparedness for unreasonable risk-taking. That is, person will not be in a proper frame of mind at the time. ____________________ WHY NOT ?!?! 4. No willingness to have a rethink or to consider another point of view. And no apology/remorse will be offered/shown or accepted/visible in situation. _______________ WHAT ?! 5. Tendency (= impatience, restlessness, dissatisfaction, displeasure, etc.) will be controllable or tolerable. That is, what will be done by who is very quickly and easily angered will not get out of hand, even if action or reaction is physical. ______________ DAMN ... 6. Expression of feeling will be full and complete while it lasts. That is, emotion displayed will be exhausted by who 'boils', however brief shortness is. ______________________ BLOODY HELL ! 7. Quick and easy annoyance disappears, in the end, as fast and cheaply as it comes. That is, nothing amongst the cause(s) of rage, fury, vituperation, fisticuffs, etc. will be taken to heart by the person who erupts like a volcano. In other words, a 'time-out' will be called very quickly. ______________ Oh, YES.
