Purposeful and necessary. 2. Things are or will be available in shop/store, market, etc. ___________________________ NOT A LIST OF WANTS ... 3. Things are affordable (connect to #4). 4. Amount of money (= plastic, cash, etc.) held can pay for all the items on list. ____________________ ... OR WISHES. | ||

| 5. Quantity or quantities, if applicable, are listed in exactitude - not by estimates or approximation. 6. List is carefully compiled, complete and comprehensive. In other words, first choice selection and their alternative(s), buying price figure or range, etc. are all in list. That is, list after compilation is rechecked and all truly needed items are in. _______________________________ A LIST OF NECESSITIES OR ... further below the line 7. List is handy. That is, paper on which needed items is written is easily accessible and a duplicate/copy exists which is kept safely and separate from the other (to emphasize). 8. List serves purpose(s). That is, nothing is bought during the shopping outside the list. And nothing in list, after being bought, is returned to shop as a result of buyer's remorse (connect to #1 & #6). 9.
