| SHOOT-OUT (2) Definitions: i. A fight that is fought with guns until one side is killed or defeated. ii. A fight in which people shoot at each other with guns. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the combatants. But/and not illegal or unauthorized. That is, action will be justified or defensible. And there will be no instance of mistaken identity or wrong targets. 2. The guns with which fight takes place will be of the same type(s), in respect of calibre, make, etc., and each gun will be in a serviceable condition. 3. None of the fighters will be with protective clothing; no bullet-proof vests, armour-plated coverings, etc. ____________________________________ See perfect FIRING (1). See perfect FIGHT (1). 4. The number of bullets or the rounds, available or fired, will be inexhaustible or unrestricted. 5. No collateral damage, destruction or unplanned loss, will occur or be suffered by 'bystanders', 'peacemakers', etc. 6. Firing continues or lasts for a duration that will be considered as reasonable. (Connect to #4 & #8.) _____________ ... fire ! 7. No single bullet will be wasted, especially after one side is killed or defeated. And no unplanned loss will be suffered by any of the shooters. 8.
