| SHOOT-OUT (1) Definition: A fight that is fought with guns until one side is killed or defeated. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize, connect to #2). 2. Necessity. That is, genuine efforts to resolve the issue(s) that led to fight, peacefully, were made but were unsuccessful. 3.
