| SHIFTINESS Definition: (informal, disapproving) The quality of being shifty (= giving the impression of being dishonest). ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Cause or basis or reason for quality will exists and be known. 2. There will be no deliberate intention to give negative impression. 3. Bad behaviour or dishonourable attitude will be consistent and persistent, giving no hope for an expectation of a change or recant. That is, actions or inaction will be attempted to be justified. 4. Tendency will not need to be confirmed verbally or officially. 5. Lasts or continues for as long as possible, until or unless ... . 6.
