Serious efforts will be ongoing to get aid from, or the support of, an ally, if any. 5. Non-military agreements will be on the country's back burner. 6. No care about or consideration of a 'negotiating table' at the particular point in time. 7. Normal or extant rules or laws are likely to be suspended, etc. 8.
