Shadow-boxing
SHADOW-BOXING

Definition: The act of boxing with an imaginary opponent, especially for physical exercise or in order to train.

2. Necessary. That is, considered important to engage in activity, as as a result of a pending fight, to reduce weight, bravado, etc.
