| SENSE OF PERSECUTION Definition: If you feel a sense of persecution, you are alienated or experience discrimination from those in positions of authority. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. You have a desire to be recognized and/or acknowledged. 2. A basis - not a justification - exists for the situation. 3. Feeling and subsequent emotion will be specific, identifiable. 4. You will be denied your rights and privileges during the period. And an appeasement or a pleading will not be effective at the time, even as no wrong or misbehaviour would have been committed or done. 5. It won't be possible for sufferer to take the laws into his or her own hands and get away with an unlawfulness or illegality. 6. Continues for a duration that will be considered as excessive or intolerable, leading to frustration, bitterness, etc. 7. A serious loss or considerable losses will arise from the negative situation, for who is being cheated and society at large. 8. The law or criminal justice system cannot provide needed succour or a reprieve for who feels, or is being, unjustly persecuted. 9. The oppressor(s) or persecutor(s) will not publicly admit and/or disclose the reason(s) for unfairness, miscarriage of justice, etc. __________________________________ See perfect DISADVANTAGED (2).
