| SENSE OF JUSTICE Definition: If you have a sense of justice, you are aware of the fairness, reasonableness, or rightness of a thing and believe that it is important. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six or seven elements, as applicable, should be in. 1. Purposeful and believed necessary, for who has awareness. 2. Who is in situation will let sound ethics triumph over duty, especially when the conscience is not in agreement with an obligation. 3. Policies will reflect a zero tolerance for plea bargaining, etc. 4. Processes provided for in the criminal justice system will be allowed to be exhausted before a final decision is made, if required. 5. Appropriate caution or restraint will always be shown, in dealing with people or treating an issue involving another party or interest. 6. A miscarriage or roughness, in the temple of justice or in dispensing the law, won't be done by who has quality or feeling. 7.
