| SENSE OF CONCERN Definition: Somebody with a sense of concern is greatly bothered by a present situation, an impending event or a developing story. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and believed necessary by who is involved in situation. 2. Issue won't be controversial. That is, others can share feelings. 3. Information possessed regarding subject is current and incisive. 4. The person is, or will be, directly affected by turn of events. 5. The issue(s) can't be shut out or discountenanced at the time. 6. Refusal to show interest will bring a form of guilty feeling. 7. The frame of mind fires a desire to attempt to do something. 8. A fear exists of likelihood of the situation getting worse. 9. He or she didn't directly contribute to the state arising. 10.
