| SELF-LOATHING Definition: If someone feels self-loathing, they feel great dislike and disgust for themselves. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Cause or causes for dislike and disgust will be clearly known. 2. Some purpose(s) will be expected to be served by the feeling. 3. The reason(s) that brings about feeling could have been avoided. 4. Negative feeling is not taken out on or extended to someone else. 5. Period will be used for soul-searching and/or self-examination. And who hates will have the capability to quickly forgive himself or herself. 6. Some unplanned loss, shame, etc. will be suffered as a consequence. 7. Lack of confidence that results will continue for a limited period. 8. The matter(s) or issue(s) responsible can and will be addressed. 9.
