| SECULARISM Definitions: i. (technical) The belief that religion should not be involved in the organization of society, education, etc. ii. A system of social organization and education where religion is not allowed to play a part in civil affairs. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. * No right to religious freedom. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Official and/or legal or lawful. That is, belief or system is clearly stated in holy literature and/or formal statutes. 3. No provisions or opportunity will be available to seek for an arbitration or intervention outside the regular judicial system or court processes. 4. Conduct of civil affairs and teaching of education will have no direct link or bearing with religion. That is, protocols, curricula, etc. will exclude faith-based requirements, issues or subjects or topics. 5. Lasts or is sustained for period of time desired. 6.
