| SEASICKNESS Definition: A feeling of illness, caused by being on a voyage, that makes you want to vomit; experiencing nausea caused by the motion of a ship; feeling sick because of the way a boat is moving. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to travel by boat or ship. 2. Medication and treatment will be available on board. That is, voyager will be attended to, even if a cure is unobtainable. 3. Feeling will not be compounded by a pirate attack or shipwreck. 4. Lasts for a period of time that will be considered as tolerable, wherever sailing leads to or whichever harbour, etc. it ends up at. 5. Vomit or discomfort brings no loss to captain or crew or others. 6. Who feels sick will be on the first and last voyage. That is, the person in ill state will not deliberately travel by sea again. 7.
