| SEAFARING (1) Definition: The occupation of a sailor. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Entered into or embarked on with adequate and appropriate training and qualification(s), readiness and preparation. 3. Involves no illegal activities. That is, no likelihood of an arrest in the course of performing duties. 4. Ordinarily safe. That is, no risk of a shark or pirate attack, a shipwreck or tsunami, etc., etc. 5. No worry or worries, especially when at sea, about seasickness, nausea, etc. And no hint of aquaphobia. 6. Sustained or sustainable for period of time desired. 7. Profitable and beneficial - economically (salary, earnings, etc.) and knowledge-wise (discovery, learning, etc.). That is, job or profession serves purpose(s), as exactly hoped for. 8.
