Has a purpose and considers it necessary to beg. 2. Asks or requests for assistance in a pleading manner. 3. Dressing, countenance, appearance, etc. portrays poverty. 4. (Reserved.) (Never admits that he or she has some loose change, or that there will be a possibility of bartering something for the food.) 6.
