That is, no unplanned holiday is declared, or no emergency arises after departure from home, that will result in school being closed for the day ... be it a public or private school. 4. Child or children learns or learn at school ... normal or special education. (To emphasize.) 5. No time is wasted looking for child after school hours ... be he or she an only child or a twin. 6. Nothing will be forgotten by child/children, at school, on departure for home ... homework or toy or 'plaything'. 7. Journey homewards is direct ... through a main street or bypass. 8. No delays or problems on the return trip. That is, arrival at home will be prompt ... whatever the weather condition. 9.
