Definition: The ability to think and behave normally and reasonably.

3. Ability will be timely displayed. That is, act/thought and action/behaviour will occur promptly, to help achieve goal(s).

4. Normalcy or how sensible thoughts and behaviour is/are, will be the result of having passed a 'test'. That is, daunting circumstances and strenuous challenges or serious events would have been experienced, participated in, survived, or successfully accomplished.

5. Ability can be maintained, preserved or kept, and/or controlled, for as long as necessary or required.

6. Serves desired purpose(s).
