Purposeful and necessary, with or without official authorization. That is, the processes involved in getting particular place clean should be compulsory ! 2. Equipment used are top-grade; functions optimally. 3. Places cleaned are the right ones, especially the hidden and/or difficult to access spots/points. 4. Activities undertaken to keep places tidy are done timely, regularly and constantly. 5. The environment will not be damaged and the ecosystem will not be destroyed as a result of cleaning activities. 6. Cleanliness and healthiness will be maintained and/or sustained continuously, for as long as necessary. 7.
