Definition: What somebody, especially a salesperson, says to persuade someone to buy something from them.

1. Purposeful and necessary (see definition).

2. Subject to which 'manifesto' is delivered is the right person/organization - can understand and needs thing (= product or service) (to emphasize).

3. Utterance is delivered clearly, concisely, nicely but/and seriously. That is, expression, words, accompanying gesture(s), presentation(s), if any, etc., shows the desire to have thing sold.

4. Stress or emphasis by seller will be on the advantages or benefits that will accrue from paying for item or service. (Connect to #2.)

5. The imperative or requirement of the urgency to buy (= acquire or possess) thing will be made paramount in 'speech'. That is, the positives in the offer price/sales price, model/edition, suitability, etc. will be highlighted.

6. Promise or guarantee of effectiveness or efficiency of product or service will be given, even as this assurance will only be verbal.

7. Whatever is said can or will be repeated, where necessary. That is, time will not be an impediment while making utterance. In other words, there will be no need to rush talk aimed at persuading another.

8. Achieves objective(s) or serves purpose(s), even if the expected sale is not made immediately after 'sermon'.
