| RUSTINESS (2) Definition: (of a sport, skill, etc.) The situation of having a quality not being as good as one used to be, because of a lack of regular practice. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. The cause or causes for lack of practice is/are known, whether or not the reason(s) is/are tenable and sensible. 2. The rudiments or basics of sport, skill, etc. would not have been lost or completely forgotten. 3. State will not be deployed into a competitive situation, as a result of the difficulties or 'toughness' that will exists and be experienced during period. 4. Adequate training or practice will be resumed timely and constantly kept up with. 5. (Reserved.) (There will be a possibility of attaining the previous level, with appropriately supervised and/or monitored practice.) 6. No unplanned loss will be suffered in the process of trying to reach former peak, mark or level. And nothing illegal will be attempted in trying to get back to 'top' form. 7.
