Purposeful and necessary (to emphasize). 2. Dimensions - length and width - are appropriate. That is, size is as desired for the number of models who have to get on it. __________ 3. Well-built; solid. That is, structure will not collapse under the weight of models, whether anorexics or fatsos! (connect to #2). 4. Surface is in the right condition for the models who walk on it - not slippery or damp or soggy or wet! _______________ 5. Stage is clean, neat and made tidy, especially before it is used (= stepped on) by the 'hot-steppers'! 6. Some or a part (edge) of the stage is not occupied by journalists, photographers, etc. to pose a danger to models. ______________________ 7. Nothing unapproved, such as a hidden camera, microphone, etc., is attached or fixed on the stage. 8.
