Purposeful and necessary to make decision, whatever the amount! 2. Decision is made after detailed study of the market situation. 3. The raw materials needed will be available in the right quality. 4. Equipment or machinery, and/or the labour or employees on the factory floor, will be in top shape to cope with requirement. 5. Amount will not result in a brief unnecessary closure of factory or temporary lay off of employees. 6. Product will be out of the production line in good time to help serve purpose(s) (connect to #8). 7. Sales or customers, readership or patronage, etc. will be guaranteed for the whole number produced. That is, no wastage in manufactured goods will be experienced. 8.
