| RUMINATION (1) Definition: The process of thinking deeply about something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements should be in. 1. Adequate time (period) and space (location) will be available to help the brain, mind and senses. (See perfect FRAME OF MIND.) 5. Process starts from the basics, foundation, beginning, etc. That is, reasoning starts as far back as possible to help with the memory recall and a consideration. (See perfect PUNCTILIOUSNESS.) 6. The real nature, full ingredients or features, original and genuine details or components, etc. of thing will be sought. (See perfect SERIOUSNESS.) 7. (Reserved.) (Where necessary, relevant searches, hints, demands, questioning, examination, etc. of other sources will be made or conducted.) (See perfect RESEARCH.) 8. Likely impact, effect, end result, fallout, after-effect, etc. of thing will be asked about, and/or found out, where possible. (See perfect FAR-SIGHTEDNESS (1).) 9. The processes, and procedures involved, however long these take, will be organized, focused and orderly, not random or jumbled. (See perfect SERIOUSNESS.) 10. Continues for a realistic period of time and ends at a reasonable moment, to help achieve goal(s). (See perfect CONTINUATION (1).) 11. Deep reflection serves purpose(s), whatever this/these is/are, for who is thinking seriously. (See perfect DECISION (1).) 12.
