A course of travel, especially between two distant points. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to use particular way, whether or not named or numbered. 2. Specific and identifiable, whether strange (new) or familiar (old). 3. Measurable and/or assessable distance. That is, fixed in length. 4. Safe, secured and protected. That is, offers some assurance before setting out on trip/journey/stroll. 5. Rules and regulations, if any, that are applicable on use of way or course is known beforehand. 6. Not expected to have a diversion or detour, after setting off from starting point (connect to #3 & #4). 7. Listed or indicated in a description, road map, Satnav, etc. 8. Serves purpose(s), if and whenever taken, short or long. 9. Way will be gladly taken again, if necessary.
